Hello everyone. Today is Wednesday and the first week that my oldest daughter has to have after school activities. Normally she has to go home at 1 pm but every Wednesday onwards my daughter has to go home at 3:15. The school has activities for my daughter and her friends to do like today. There is a craft that the children work together to create a project to create unity in students and practice working in groups, practicing unity in groups which is a good way to instill in children.
This morning after I was about to send my daughter to school. Yesterday evening, she told me that she would be home late tomorrow. Should I be happy? Haha, I joked with my daughter that I was happy because the house would be quiet for 2-3 hours. After that, she frowned at me. I was just joking with her. When the kids go to school, it's really quiet at home. But if they are at home with me, I will sometimes complain and scold them because sometimes they play carelessly. As a worried mother, I am afraid that my daughter will get hurt. So sometimes I have to scold her. Today, my youngest daughter came back at the usual time. But before I went to pick her up, my husband took me to the bank to change my ATM card because the old one will expire in March.
*After I finished my business, I went to pick up my youngest daughter. Until 1:00 PM, my husband forgot that my eldest daughter would return home at 3:00 PM, so at 1:00 PM, my husband rode his motorbike to pick up our daughter back home, haha. He forgot that our daughter had to return at 3:00 PM, and I didn't know where he was going when he drove away.
The activity my daughter did today was to take each type of leaf and each shape and stick them on paper which is a group work of the students. The teacher divided the students into groups to work together and this is the picture that the teacher sent to the parents to see what special activities were done after school today. Which I think is a good thing because the parents can know all the time what their children are doing at school and whether it is safe or not, which relieves another part of the worry. And this is my activity today that I brought to share with friends.

Everything that you said is very relatable for moms. When kids aren't around, the house is empty and so quiet. There are times that we miss that noise, too! But it is only during this period that we get to be productive. I'm glad that your lovely kids enjoyed school and surely able to went home safe and sound, though there's confusion on the schedule that they need to be picked up.
