Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are doing well. A few weeks ago, I joined a tour exploring the history of Jakarta, with the Passer Messter route located in Jatinegara. That's the name of the place now.
The interesting thing about the tour was the culinary. A tour like this, moves small food businesses. I am quite happy to join a route like this. What culinary did I get?

1. Cakwe
This food is quite legendary in Jatinegara. In fact, it is still in the same class as odading Ko Atek in Pasar Baru. The price, each unit is around IDR 2500. The unique thing about the culinary is adding peanut sauce. Usually only using chili sauce. even, odading - mixed with peanut sauce. According to friends who followed by this route, they said it was delicious. Not strange.

2. Terminal Comro
Actually, this is like other traditional cake shops. It's just that, the most favorite traditional cake is Comro. Comro is a cassava dish that contains spicy oncom. This food is fried. Meanwhile, the sibling of the cake is misro which contains brown sugar.
This cake shop provides other traditional foods. Like getuk. I bought getuk. There are other variants, namely chocolate flavor. This food reminds me of the food I always ate when I was little.

2. Puff pastry
Puff pastry. This cake is a Peranakan food but is now a typical Indonesian food. This cake is a type of pastry. I forgot the name of the shop, but this place is in a market. The cake is quite delicious. The place to sell it is not too big. Divided into two with siomay and others.

3. Gelora Bakery
This bakery is very famous on social media today. Established since 1980. It has no branches and only produces cakes and bread. Some people say that the pastries here are very delicious. In fact, it is tastier than famous brands in Indonesia. It was quite a queue when I bought it.
I bought a meat filled bread. With a price of IDR 35,000. I queued for almost 30 minutes. The bread here is sold in the market. I didn't have time to interview the shop owner. Because, the shop owner is very busy. Many groups of buyers come.

4. Es Tebak
Es Tebak, it seems like this is a kind of es teler from Medan. Using ice, coconut milk, syrup, palm fruit and others. It doesn't taste too sweet. Delicious and suitable to eat during the day. What do you think about this culinary? This is the second route with the most food.
