Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are doing well. Recently, I went to Cianjur to enjoy my recovery period while enjoying the beauty of nature. What did I do? Many things, one of which was enjoying the legendary food in Cianjur. Shinta satay.
This satay is very famous in Cianjur. Usually, if I pass by this place, I don't buy this satay. Maranggi satay is typical of Cianjur, enjoyed with white sticky rice and oncom. For this satay, I will tell you in the next story.
What foods are sold in this place? There are many types of satay here. Starting from chicken satay, rabbit satay, kidney satay, beef satay, goat satay, torpedo satay, Maranggi satay. Of course, there is goat SOP and chicken SOP and tongseng. So, what did you buy?
I didn't go alone, with my boss and the driver. You bought one portion of goat satay with fat and two portions of goat SOP. For goat satay, it is very tender, not hard at all. Cooked perfectly.
For the SOP, the sauce is not too seasoned but savory. This is perfect, coupled with the drizzling and foggy atmosphere of Puncak Cianjur. This food is very suitable. The unique thing is, this satay is served separately from the seasoning. However, it is given peanut sauce and tomato soy sauce.
I like the peanut sauce. Not too sweet either. When I came, this food was the most delicious food. The goat SOP that was ordered had tender bones and meat too. If my stomach was still enough, I would have added one portion of SOP.
I enjoyed this with warm white rice. Complete with cucumber pickles. The cucumber pickles here are also delicious, but not too sour. So, it lacks a little kick. Another thing I want to say about the food here, this is the best Asian food I have ever tried. I can still eat it the second time. That's all I can tell you. See you again,
