It looks delicious, I am not vegetarian, I always eat pork larb or chicken larb. I like this menu.

Tofu larb is my favorite dish, but I know it is normally made with ground pork. All the Thai cooks in the USA are afraid to use herbs because most Americans don't like them, so sad 😪. The flavors just aren't the same here.
