Early morning yesterday, my lady boss told me to prepare foods that we have to bring at night in her sister's house. Then at night everything were done. She told me that I must go with them too to meet my friends. I said yes! They are always longing for that because my procedure is different from the other people who cooked it.
I was cooking a pasta called Bashamil in Arabic tongue. They loved my recipe.
*I forgot to take a picture after taking it from the oven. It is a pasta made of chicken breast and vegetables and the topping called bashamil. I made two big trays and brought it all.
They ride a car but I preferred walking only to have a walking at night and I was carrying all the two trays. I forgot that I was just walking.
We were so happy seeing each other again after our New Year's party.
The thanksgiving party was intended for a 7 months prematured baby that was born last three months ago and the grandmother gave a present. We were all happy seeing the baby looked normal after being held in the incubator for 2 months. The elder brother of the baby girl were a prematured twin baby boy. The mother of the children is a nephew of my lady boss. I knew the story about of the mother because I arrived here when she was just an elementary grade and I am here during her wedding. Her first baby born, a boy was dead inside her ovary, a day before her ceasarian schedule. The mother had a lot of pain during her pregnancy. She is a teacher.
The grandmother offered two sheep and gave to all neighbors aside from the party she gave for the baby.
The baby is too beautiful and I am also thankful that the baby is normal.
That was my #wednesdaywalk at night that really made me smile and laught.
This is the first time I've heard of bashamil, and I think it tastes really good because it looks almost like pasta.
This is actually a pasta but in Arabic recipe.
So you are a good cook too my friend. Maybe post your recipe too in foodies.
Yes, I have but too lazy writing the procedures.
the food looks real good and glad you had time with your friends
Thanks for joining the Wednesday, its always fun for me to visit the walks from all around the world, getting a feel for communities where people live and what they see on their daily walks
