I see that the ladyfinger is also Okra in your side. I was thinking it is the tagalog and the dialect here in my country. It is interesting yo know that you also call it this way. Heheh. By the way, I love seeing all the greeny veggies and they looked so delicious when cooked. Amazing!

I think once heard before, can't remember what language, but I thought okra was called "witch's fingers," very appropriate I guess they are kind of long, curly, green, and spooky.
