Today, I went to exercise as usual. I went jogging with my wife every morning.
Exercise Yesterday evening, I felt pain in my joints, legs and arms. I thought that exercise would make my body strong, but my joints and legs did not hurt. I don't know why. Why did they hurt? A real person asked my wife. In case she has the same symptoms as me, if I ask her, she said that she also felt stiffness and pain in her joints. But now she is fine and so are I. It's strange that yesterday evening, why did it hurt so much? Is it because the weather is cold? Or is it because of exercising by tightening the muscles? But now it's normal.
This picture is the atmosphere this morning when I went jogging. This area is by the river, which is under construction and not yet finished.

This morning I took a picture of this area. What you see as solid is not a mountain, but it is all dead. Before this, there was a truck that brought this sand and piled it up in this area. There was quite a lot. After I finished exercising, I went to a coffee shop and had breakfast.
Back home When I arrived home, I started from Tha Wao to eat grass.
I stopped by to look at the water in the garden for a bit and walked into the house to have breakfast that my wife had prepared for me. I ate with my daughter. It was time to send my daughter to school. I took my daughter to school by a tricycle today because the other car couldn't start. After sending my daughter, I drove to the mechanic at the shop. The mechanic told me that he would come and check the car. I then drove home.
Before going into my house, I moved the cows to eat grass again and continued the water line in the garden. I checked the water line using the home's electrical system as a helper.

In addition to picking squash, my wife also invited me to pick lotus leaves from the neighbor's house, or water mimosa. My friends probably know it. Water mimosa has excellent medicinal properties. I often pick it to eat as a side dish or with rice. Water mimosa is eaten with spicy curry. It's very delicious.
I grow it next to my house, in an area with flowing water.

This is my first time with this menu because I have never eaten it before but my wife said that people in the South of Nakhon Ratchasima eat it and my wife tried it. When I ate it with rice for the first time, it tasted delicious, similar to a vegetable salad but spicy because I added fresh chili. I think this menu is suitable for people who love their health. In conclusion, this meal is a healthy menu. I ate organic eggs from my own farm and organic vegetables from my own farm. It was very good.
In a moment, it was time to pick up my daughter again. There were only a few minutes left before it was time to pick up my daughter as I wrote. Right now, I am writing this article. I can only sit here and write about today. Tomorrow morning, I have to travel to Bangkok by van with many relatives. There is nothing more to do today. I have to go pick up my daughter first. When I get back, I should do a little more gardening work, about wiring the pipes in the garden because some points have to wait for the pump that was ordered and some points have to switch the pipes with the old pump that is in use.

The garden looks very green and nice! So good to have your own organic eggs for cooking! I wish I could have two or three chickens, but my cats wouldn’t be nice with the chickens!
Running too much is actually bad for your joints. I had a friend who ran too much and his knee joints and bones became too brittle. The doctor told him to stop running and walk very fast instead. You need very expensive shoes to support tour joints and bones from running impact!
I only ran on treadmills as it’s softer than the concrete road. Run on dirt or mud road is more gentle for the bones. But I stopped running as I needed to eat better before I go running again. You need lots of proteins when you go running everyday.
Swimming would be very good if you could have a small but long pond for this purpose.
So some weight lifting to give more strength to the back and legs too.

Hope you could get better running shoes with air support or you should try to jog on soft ground.
