My one day mission

in ASEAN HIVE COMMUNITY5 days ago

Hello everyone

This morning, I went to exercise with my wife and had coffee at Je Kup's shop. Then I came back home. On the way, I stopped by a house by the road to water the durian and the plants around the house. Then I walked back home. When I arrived home, I heard cows calling me. I took the cows to eat grass and drink water.
I fed the ducks, chickens, and geese. I took my mother to take a bath. After I finished my responsibilities, I went to check the water pipes in the garden again. Because the sun was good, I used the solar panels to receive sunlight to get water to water the oil palm trees. The water came out quite well. Then I came back to sit at the table in front of the house.

At noon today, I went to attend the funeral of my grandfather's generation relative. I left home before noon and picked up my relative on the way. There were 7 of us, including my daughter. After picking everyone up, we got in the car and set off. I had never been to the deceased's house. My relatives said that the body was kept at a temple, which I was not familiar with because I had never been to that place. Wat Phru Wanaram is in Khao Wiset Subdistrict. I drove towards Road 403 and there was a relative in the car who had been there before, but that was many years ago. He was not sure about the route at present because there were changes and developments on the new road.

Relatives in the car remembered that it would not be far, so they reached the stopover. They turned left to go to the funeral. In the meantime, my wife saw a vinyl sign with the deceased's name written on it, but it was the first size. So I took the car and reversed the car to look at the sign. My wife concluded that the name and age were correct, so I turned left and drove into the alley.
Everyone in the car was not sure where the funeral was located. I drove straight until I reached a bridge with a large canal in this area. When I reached the three-way intersection, there was a sign of the deceased and the name of the temple. But the name of the temple had a double-flower. If you notice, the vinyl sign of the deceased was tied to the entrance of the alley. But the temple sign was on the road and the temple name sign had an arrow pointing straight. I drove down until I reached the four-way intersection. I started to hesitate, so I drove a little further and stopped to ask the villagers in the area. They gave me the answer. I drove down and turned right, and I saw Wat Phru Wanaram. So I drove as they told me. When I looked far ahead, I saw a large tree and a large Buddha statue. That was it. That was it.
When I saw the temple gate sign

And then it was time for the funeral. When I arrived at the host, my relatives came out to welcome me. When everyone and I sat at the marble table inside the pavilion, the host welcomed us by serving us snacks and water while we talked. The event will start from the 6th to the 8th. Even though the cremation was going on, I came early because my aunt, the only remaining relative, is my father's younger sister. She is now quite old. Tomorrow, she has to travel to live with her daughter in Bangkok. So, I had to come to the funeral early so that I could bring her with me. My relatives wanted me and my wife to come again, but I didn't agree. So, I decided to make merit at the event before I left. The host also gave me a spoon as a souvenir.

Before going back, I walked to the bathroom. In front of the bathroom, there was a large building that was under construction or not yet finished. It looked very beautiful and big. So I took a picture. I think this place that is under construction should be a church. I went back to say goodbye to all the relatives who were at the event and walked to the car. With the relatives who came with me, I walked to take a picture of the large Buddha statue in the middle of the forest. I took 2 pictures. When I drove back, I turned on GPRS this time. Everyone felt hungry because they didn't eat lunch. So I drove to find a restaurant on this road. In short, it was too far away. There were no restaurants.

When driving close to my village, about 1-2 kilometers away from the village, there was a restaurant selling food to order, so I stopped here and everyone ordered similar food, which was Ba Mee Hok Khian which Trang people will know well because it is Trang food. But my wife is from Surat Thani. She chose not to order like everyone else. She chose to eat rice with her stir-fried vegetable curry menu. She said she had never eaten it before, so she did not dare to risk it. As for my daughter's menu, it was similar to mine. She chose yellow noodles with meatballs.

When everyone finished ordering, the owner served drinking water, a glass of ice and a pitcher of water. My daughter wanted to drink soda, so I allowed her to drink it. It seemed like there was only one chef in the restaurant and no one else. But the food didn't take long to prepare. The chef seemed very skilled in cooking. Everything was finished quickly and not long after, the food was served for everyone to eat. When everyone was finished eating, I treated all my relatives to this meal. When everyone was full, we went back. I drove all my relatives home and then I came back home. I have to take my leave now
