Today, first of all, it's my daily routine. My wife and I went for a run along the river to exercise, just like every day. Today, I don't have anything to talk about exercising. My routine is the same as usual.
Let's go back to yesterday. At around 3:30 PM, I drove to pick up my daughter from school. After that, I went to the health clinic. My sister brought me some watermelon and Chinese New Year sweets. She had already gone home and left her things at the health clinic. After receiving the things, I went to the computer repair shop where I had taken it to be repaired 3-4 days ago. Yesterday, the technician called me and told me to go check and see if my notebook computer was working properly. When I went to the computer shop, I asked the staff for the technician's phone number and they told me to sit and wait. After a while, the technician said that the repair was finished. He was still waiting to check it for a bit. I sat and waited for a short while. The staff brought me a notebook and told me to check if it worked properly. I checked it and it worked properly. I asked how much it would cost in total. After she estimated the price, she told me it was 2,500 baht. I picked up my phone and told her that I wanted to pay with my mobile phone via the bank app. I walked to the bill payment counter, picked up my phone, scanned the bill, and when I finished, the bank app said that the payment was unsuccessful.
I tried to pay several times. The staff felt something was wrong. She told me that today, many customers came to pay with the bank's app and couldn't use it for some reason. Then I remembered that I had a credit card in my pocket, so I asked the staff if they accepted credit cards. The staff agreed and canceled the bank transaction and paid with a credit card instead without any problems. I walked back with the notebook and the staff emphasized that the notebook was under repair and had a 1-month warranty. I agreed and walked out of the shop.
When I got to the car, my wife had been waiting for a long time. So I told her that there was a small problem with paying the bill. Then I drove home. On the way, I stopped to fill up the gas tank. I wasn't sure if it was the phone or the bank's problem, so I picked up the phone to pay for the gas again.
And then it was the same as before. I couldn't pay by phone. So I used a credit card to pay for gas instead. I heard the staff complaining today. The bank must have a problem. Everyone came to pay with this bank app and couldn't make a transaction.
I was driving. My wife told me to stop by a shop in the village to buy food. This time, my wife and I walked down to the shop in the village and asked the owner before buying things whether I could pay by phone. She said that there was one bank that wasn't working. Today, many customers didn't buy anything. She complained that she lost a lot of income today. I had a feeling that spending like this was inconvenient. If this kind of problem happens often, I didn't have any cash today. I drove to my aunt's house and told her to borrow cash first to buy food because the bank wasn't working. My aunt also said that today there was a problem with the bank. She saw customers standing on the road.
I got cash from my aunt and drove to buy food in the evening. When I finished buying food,
I came back home.
I took the cows to eat grass and fed the ducks, chickens, and geese. After that, I sat in front of the house. I opened the computer to check everything was in order and turned it on. Everything was okay.
