You know that is really sad when big companies and the government work together to benefit themselves. Actually they will say it's for the people, like jobs more jobs, development, improvement?? Yah up their asses and pockets.
Look at what they did to this place, inararo na Yong forest or mountain.
It's a big one already and there's no turning back or stopping them destroy the natural resources, they are probably looking for Yamashita treasures as well.
I wonder what can be mined in your beautiful island, Homonhon dear.
I thought nga they stopped all the mining already because here in Zambales they stopped the mining of gold, gladly Ms. Gina Lopez did a great job in helping our environment not be totally destroyed.
I just hope your beautiful island paradise will not be totally exploited, someone will be able to stop these hungry for power mortals.
I don't know if I voted the right people, I just hope they will see the impact on what they are doing to the environment. So sad really.
Hay buhay!

Noooooo, I'm sure it's all about just the money. Instead of supporting it by government, why not stop it. Why can't they think more about the nature, about Hamonhon itself. This is really sad, and what's saddest the most is when Hamonhon citizen can only watch and so helpless to even make a change. I hope more people will put more importance about this matter.

Desecrating the natural beauty in this world of ours is happening world-wide! It's all about greed and power, short-term gain vs sustainability! So very sad, and one feels helpless as it's like fighting a losing battle against these powerful companies.
We can only help in a small way by not using products that have been manufactured by manufacturers that do not follow eco-friendly protocols.

As I told the learners, we are the one causing the climate change. Our actions affect the environment. What happens to the environment is because of our previous actions and that picture is the evidence why we experienced the extreme heat in our country. @purepinay Thank you for sharing.

How sad it is to see what is happening to Homonhon. I hope our Government will always look for what is good for our environment. They are in after of their income but they never look at the possible consequences that might happen. Mother Earth is aching on this. 😓
