Aroi mak (In Thai means very yummy/tasty or delicious). Often you'll heard it from the locals who are having a try on them. And yes if you have tried it you'll know how is the taste so special that attracts not only the young and old, but also foreigners from across the globe as well. Allow me to show you one of the best from local street food vendors.
I came across one of the local evening market. Solely operates from 4pm to 8pm. As you can see from the pic itself everyone is wearing a jacket and long pants is due to weather here is cooling even at Chinese new year eve. As olden days Chinese often mentioned 春天 here and I can feel it from here.
The right time with right flavor of grilling and sizzling knock onto my face just like asking me Psssttt, there's something you need to check it out I guarantee that you wont regret about it. And man, I am now lol.
Freshly marinate before grilled. Using traditional method of charcoal grilling and ventilated fan to suck away the smoke. Controlled heat and fire at the same time and also ensure the meat is cooked makes it difficult to mastered that's why makes it loved by all despite of age.
So what I got from is sticky rice (First pic), a combo that must have for the grilled. Coming up next is grilled chicken liver and grilled chicken skin. Dint get the grilled as due to waiting period.
And of course, is price friendly as well. $0.30 per stick for any form of grilled you can pick from their store. Taste wise? Packed with flavorful aroma of marinate and aroma from charcoal as well. Highly recommended if you're coming to Thai soon. A must try.

woow! there are a lot people selling there every night market , the barbeques are the number one that sell out quickly in the night markets. We also sell the Barbeques with my Sister's here in our area a night market every friday until sunday started at 4pm until it runs out . It sells out faster for us because it's cheaper and the costumers save money .
