Traditional Heteropneustes Fish Recipe with Pea || My Cooking

Happy Monday everyone, hope everyone had a good day today.

Today was a good day, at least for me, as today was partly cloudy, with some bright skies. In simple words, it was an enjoyable day. See if the weather is a bit calm and cloudy, and if the heat of the sun doesn't mean it's hot then the day becomes much more enjoyable for everyone. As I don't like rain, it was a great day for me.

Every day doesn't have to be the same. You wonder if every day is too hot and the weather is unbearable, will you accept it every day or enjoy every day? I can say for sure that no one will like it. Think about it the other way around, if it rains every day and the weather is rainy, then what will the environment be like? Can everyone accept that? No one can accept that without any doubt.

Today was a very good and enjoyable day for me as the sky was partly cloudy and bright. And I said so many things to explain it. No, but today I will not share with you any view of the sky or outside, but once again I will share with you a great recipe of my choice, as always I share with you the recipes of taste. So you will like today's recipe.

Cooking materials:

  • Heteropneustes fish
  • Pea
  • Onion
  • Raw chilies
  • Coriander leaves
  • Tomato
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Turmeric powder
  • Chilli powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Cumin powder
  • salt
  • Oil.

Cooking preparation:

First I cleaned the Heteropneustes fish and took it on a plate and then I rubbed the fish well with turmeric powder and salt.

Then I put a pan on the stove and put some oil in it and after the oil gets hot, I fry the fishes that have been smeared with spice.

After that again I poured some oil and after it was hot I fried the chopped onion and then added turmeric, chilli, ginger garlic paste, coriander, cumin seeds and added light water and crushed the spices.

Then I put the tomato slices in between the ground spices and then add the peas, mix all the ingredients and cover it with a lid for some time.

I removed the lid and added some water for the broth and cooked it like this for some time, then put the fried fish on top of them, added the fish and covered the lid again for some time.

After reducing the amount of broth, I removed the lid, then chopped raw chillies and coriander leaves, after cooking for some time, took it off.

It looks really tasty and delicious! I love pea but it’s difficult to find in my country.
