Happy Monday everyone, hope everyone had a good day today.
Cooking materials:
- Heteropneustes fish
- Pea
- Onion
- Raw chilies
- Coriander leaves
- Tomato
- Ginger garlic paste
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- Coriander powder
- Cumin powder
- salt
- Oil.
Cooking preparation:
First I cleaned the Heteropneustes fish and took it on a plate and then I rubbed the fish well with turmeric powder and salt.
Then I put a pan on the stove and put some oil in it and after the oil gets hot, I fry the fishes that have been smeared with spice.
After that again I poured some oil and after it was hot I fried the chopped onion and then added turmeric, chilli, ginger garlic paste, coriander, cumin seeds and added light water and crushed the spices.
Then I put the tomato slices in between the ground spices and then add the peas, mix all the ingredients and cover it with a lid for some time.
I removed the lid and added some water for the broth and cooked it like this for some time, then put the fried fish on top of them, added the fish and covered the lid again for some time.
After reducing the amount of broth, I removed the lid, then chopped raw chillies and coriander leaves, after cooking for some time, took it off.
