Unexpected Journey : Untold Secrets of Anchovies

Hello to all of hives here this is my menu my special food yesterday, i don't know if what called this recipe hahaha
anyway i try this cooked the EGGplant and the anchovies. This anchovies is not a very salty i bought this yerterday that's our costumer's vendor for only twenty pesos (20) i prepared this ingredients.

ingredients:

2 pcs of Eggplants
1 egg
1 magic sarap ( seasoning granules)
oil
Anchovies
Garlic

This Ingredients is all of my ideas hahaha because that's what i am here in my house I'm doing and this eggplants is my favorite even i cooked a fried with the crispy fried powder but now i want to cooked the eggplant with the anchovies , The achovy is very tasty even when
if i just eat anchovy with rice , I will be full and my rice will run out when i eat anchovy because it is not really salty .

I also have a story of this anchovies before , i sell the Pickled anchovies inside the plastic bottle for only seventy pesos (70) to buy my kids needs i want to sell workhard , actually This anchovies is a paste or sauce or small fish and prawns which have been not really salty and fermented that is much used as seasoning.

This anchovies are my siblings and I selling so we can buy a food everyday and my mom also helps she is the one who cook , we grew up knowing how to approach life without choosing we stick nothing without needing to envy other people for what they are, That's why this picture is anchovies beacuse of this we able to buy a foood everyday which we sold to our acquaintances ,

Very interesting. Are the anchovies fermented? We have a similar condiment, but it's made from fermented shrimps; it's called kasam senik. It's sour and salty, but eating it is an acquired taste because it smells 😅

Here we have a regular vendor who sells anchovies not very salty, many people buy from her because they are not salty. Because she put a mixture of sugar in the tub .

Ehhh, it looks like "Alamang" you know made with small shrimp. So this can be made also using anchovies. I didn't know that ha.

Yes this is ALAMANG sis, this alamang that I tasted was not too salty. Because it was added with sweet seasoning i don't know if what kind og seasoning , because some of anchovies are very salty even though we season then in cooking so that they are not salty.

sounds delicious, and healthy, but a little advice dear, don't pour all the seasoning into the food, because it's really bad to our health, just a little pinch. heheheh.

yes teach but this anchovy when we don't have a dish, this is what we will eat with egg. We're all full and we'lll have some left over until tomorrow hahaha

Yes! Teach It's really fine even without a viand , as long as there anchovies because the leftover rice , including the toasted part will be warm hahaha.
