******hello dear hiver's , its me @shydel ,I hope you all doing well ,. its my first time to join this community challenge , i hope you bear with me and support me ,
We have a hammock at home , its been 10 years this hammock hanging inside our home , My family loves to sway especially my Mother ,
For me , since we have this , I don't usually use this because if take this longer swaying i can feel dizziness (lol). The benefits of hammock is , it can relieve some stress , it has comfort or calming effect in the body and mind. it make you feel relax too.
the babies also love hammock ,because its effective for them to sleep , they feel also a sense of warmth and comfort , almost like a hugging stuff, like to my son and daughter they grow up or use hammock since they are babies, up until now my 2 years old son loves this.
We don't usually go out just feel relax , were just staying at home , since we have a hammock inside our home , We just use this to have comfort , and easily to fell asleep , This is very useful for us in our daily lives ,
My kids really love this hammock , they feel happiness once it swaying , they feel the air punches to their faces , they always laugh and enjoying it .

What a nice, comforting hammock you have at home. It's nice to have that as your relaxing place every time you feel bored, tired and stress.
