RE: Same Addiction with Different Result

The decision to write this down is a conscious effort to combat your nicotine addiction. When you accepted the fact that you are a nicotine addict and wanted to put a stop to it, it was truly a commendable fact. I cannot actually hold you accountable for your addiction, as you mentioned that the majority of men in your place are engaging in this behaviour. Now that you're cleansing and have halted the use of it, I'm optimistic that this progress will persist. You've got this!

Even though sometimes i want to relapse especially when the pressure in life is so hard. But, yeah better wearing socks and shoes and then going for a walk or jogging. Both will exhausting my body and my mind. But run or walk make my body better than smoke

I understand. But I'm cheering you on for a healthy lifestyle. Your friends, family, and neighbours might actually benefit from the changes you are making. But above all, your future self is already thanking you for making a bold decision. I understand that this decision can be challenging, but adopting a mindset similar to your current one will help you avoid any relapses. Know that your write-up will surely inspire others to take that first step, too. You are doing great and winning on this already! Keep it up!
