We are also experiencing the same thing here in Philippines, like the heat index would go to 40 Celsius. Stay hydrated and bring umbrella always.

I haven't done the umbrella thing yet but I do see a lot of people that do that. Mostly I just stay indoors or if i do go outside, stay in the shade as much as possible.
