I and my wife shared the same dream of having more financial income not only to have a better life for us and the kids but also for our parents to enjoy a better life.
Some say finish school, find a job and repay your parents; that didn't happen to me and my wife but despite having our own family, we are still thinking of our parents.
They have waxed old and still in poverty. We all are and life is getting bitter as the proces in all our primary needs soared up high. Farming is one of the beat way to earn though it takes too long. We already have cassava planted and as soon as we had our savings back in our hands, we immediately bought two pigs with it from wife's cousin.
It took a while for us to wait but the wait was worth it since we bought it for a lower price and it feels more rewarding.
And as soona s we had the two piglets a, my co worker said hers was also ready and we already had paid ten dollars ad initial payment last year but she got short of the litter.
Now therefore we now had three piglets in totala nd we hope to have them grow soon and profit from them.
For now they are well taken care by my father and he put them on wide cage, a pigsty where they could run and play and had an unlimited feast.
Wife and I might have overestimated their growth and hoped that we could slaughter one for both of our mother's birthdays next month but they are still too small. Bit if luck is with us, we will be able to realize our plans.
Having them pigs gave me reason to work harder ans get motivated whenever I see them at night before going home.
