I'll cooked you something different for my today's blog. I already share the fishes and shrimps on our water world. But there's a lot more that you don't know. It also took me a long time before I had the chance to eat it again. It's called tulya in our dialect in English clams. Are you familiar with these sea shells?
Before I share my simple recipe, let me show you the clamps our water world also has.
Farm Snails
But I don't eat this creature, my husband only used this if he wanted to catch fish using a fishing rod. He'll break it's shell and get the hard part of the snail. Others eat this stuff, but we don't.
Susong Papa
My cousin's favorite, his handsome but he likes weird foods. You need a lot of patience if you want to cooked this shell. My husband cuts the above edge of the snail. He said that it will help it to make the shells more tastier.
All the shells are catch using hands on farm or low fish ponds. The highest level of water should be two and half feet from the mud so it won't be difficult to find the shells. While here are my own photos, my son gather those clams in the farm with his uncle. He said that the water level was in his tummy. His just 15 years old.
If you'll hunt some clams or other type of shells you need to put it in the water for 48 hours so it can vomit and be cleaned.
Before we cooked the clamps we cleaned it with rock salt. Just shake a few times in the pale and rinse throughly with water
