Awesome to hear how food made by and shared with her family can make the 'young' one so happy.

It was a simple birthday this year, glad the kids are okay with these things. The fake cheesecake was in the freezer, coconut milk and cashew based, so there is a magic time to eat it when it's thawed but not reliquified, and I think we all had our slices in separate places. The cheesecake still lives in the freezer thought, so there is still a chance you might encounter it.
