Hello ASEAN Buddies
This is my first time trying Mie Tek-Tek, I don't know the history but this type of food is very popular among local food lovers. When passing by many outlets in FX Sudirman Mall, I saw a promotion board. I didn't feel like eating rice at that time so I was interested in eating noodles. There are many types of noodle dishes that they serve. I finally chose Mie Tek Tek. I didn't expect the portion to be this big.
From what I saw, Mie Tek-Tek has very complete ingredients. I saw vegetables, sliced lime leaves, beef, crackers, pickles made from sliced carrots, shallots.

Mie Tek-Tek is a noodle with a solid and round texture (I even find it difficult to explain, you can see for yourself that Mie Tek-Tek has a very different texture from most instant noodles, oops, this is even not instant noodles).
But the excellent thing about this Mie Tek-Tek is the taste. Even though I can't stand with spicy food, I can tolerate this spicy taste this food. I love the texture of Mie Tek-Tek when it's through my tongue. So delicious and amazing!
Whoever can make this Mie Tek-Tek, I say that you are blessed! That's because I think to making the seasoning sink in the noodles is too difficult.
