Hi ASEAN Buddies...
There are some leftovers when I walk around Little India. There is a park that functions as a sports ground (because there are heavy equipment for exercising or sport stuff), also a board containing information about Little India before this.

This is a unique park because it has a concept like an exhibition where there are statues of people on horseback. The statues are figures who have contributed to the history of the arrival of ethnic Indians in Singapore. So that will answer your question about why there are many ethnic Indians in Singapore.

When I was there, the weather was really hot so I didn't stay there long. Besides, there were a few places I had to visit, so I was pressed for time.
