A few days ago I found this sweet potato seller after having a dental check-up. The Hawker in Indonesia is very creative, they usually sell anything through a pick-up vehicle like this. Often, they sell fruit. And I just found this roasted sweet potato seller.

I usually find sweet potato sellers using carts, but this time I found a sweet potato seller using a pick-up car. What an interesting!
So this trader sells two types of sweet potatoes, namely roasted sweet potatoes and raw sweet potatoes. The roasted sweet potatoes are very delicious. For one pack of roasted sweet potatoes, I paid around IDR 10,000. One pack contains 3 roasted sweet potatoes and that is enough for dinner.
In addition to the roasted sweet potatoes that are ready to eat without having to wait long, they also sell the raw version. I am also interested in buying it because I will make this sweet potato for my breakfast menu, just boil it, then it will be very delicious. For raw sweet potatoes, they sell it for IDR 15,000/per kilo. It is a bit expensive but because this sweet potato is very delicious, it is still worth buying.

I haven't eaten roast sweet potato for a while. It is easeir for me to cook the steamed one. But I think the roasted sweet potatoes are sweeter and tastier then that of the steamee sweet 🥔 🍠.
Yes @izyllah-aeon I also ever steamed the potatoes, then this roasted is so yummy. I think I should to find how to make roasted sweet potatoes..
I actually know how to do it but I do not have the dirty kitchen here. And it needs effort.
Yeah, I think it's not that easy as we have seen. Cooking is one of the hard thing for me. But I hope you will find the hawker who sell the roasted Sweet Potatoes.

STOPHello!.I know a lots of recipe using sweet potato but this roasted sweet potato is new to me..i cooked sweet potato by boiling it and eat it pair to fried or grilled fish or pork..Maybe roasted sweet potato and fried pork chop would be great to eat and i would love to have this soonest with my beloved teenagers..see ya

I had a great experience with my grandpa when he was still alive. He owned a sweet potato farm, and every time he harvested his potatoes, he would always cook roasted potatoes. At first, I was hesitant to try them, but after taking my first bite, I couldn’t help but say, "This is so delicious!"
You're so lucky that there are vendors selling roasted potatoes in your area. I'm not sure if we have them here. I only know that they sell raw potatoes.
Sweet potatoes are one of my favorite root crops. In our place, we normally boil them before eating. We also include it when cooking rice; first pare off the skin, slice into small pieces, wash thoroughly, and mix it with washed rice until cooked. It gives a nice and subtle aroma to rice. I haven't tried roasted sweet potatoes. I think I would enjoy that way of cooking sweet potatoes too.
Out of all the recipes that can be made by sweet potato, I just found out that it could be cooked that way. To be honest, we just ate steamed sweet potato, haha I wish I saw this post first before I cook it 😂.

Sweet potatoes was one of my comfort food, Here in our place, it cost 40 pesos per kilogram, The cost of the sweet potato may vary depends on the place you are right now. It can also be cook in so many ways, that's why it's very convenient to buy some.

I haven't tried roasted sweet potato. We always cooked the sweet potato with water. You are right they are healthy and delicious too. Thanks for sharing this one I might try to roast some potatoes. Hehehe

Ohhh, sweet potatoes. Sweet potatoes are always a good food, regardless of how you cook them. They're also rich in nutrients and boost eye health. I'd say they're truly a worthy buy. Whenever we have one at home, we usually skip rice and just have this. Yum!
Yup @sydmae I usually eat Sweet Potatoes as my breakfast or dinner. It's sounds good to be one of our diet menu :D
@viviehardika hi there!. I like sweet potatoes. You can do more variety for it by baked, mashed or fried its perfect for meal of snacks. It's loaded with fiber and vitamins. This roasted sweet potato is yummy. I always have that as a snack or an addition to my meal. Your photos look so tempting that I want to grab one. haha... I hope there will be a set-up like this in our place.
