I love to see the traditional methods still being used and being valued too. Without this, many small villages would have no way to earn money. Sometimes big industry takes away too many jobs and supermarkets put many local markets out of business. I love to support small local markets and try to buy everything I need from them in an effort to spread our money through the communities we visit.
I totally agree with you friend, small businesses in one area must be respected so that small people can enjoy food.
