In 2018, the beautiful island of Sabang played host to my thrilling A2 level diving certification. However, the experience I want to share this time is not diving-related. This is a photo I took at Teupin Layeu pier. I took this photo at night when the sky was deep blue and the moon was shining brightly overhead. The view was breathtaking, and I knew that I had to capture this moment forever.
As I took the photo, the salty sea air blew gently against my skin. The atmosphere was peaceful and serene, and the only sounds were the distant chirping of crickets and the occasional crashing of waves against the shore. The pier stretched out into the water, directing my gaze towards the twinkling lights in the distance. Looking at this photo now, it takes me back to that quiet moment in time, and I am grateful for the opportunity to capture it.
After the amazing photo experience at Teupin Layeu jetty at night, my friend and I woke up early the next morning to watch the sunrise at a beachside cafe in Rubiah. Enjoying the breeze, we were delighted to be accompanied by a cute kitten. This adorable cat took a liking to us and entertained us with its antics.
With the sun slowly rising above the horizon, we savored a quiet moment and enjoyed the peaceful ambience of the cafe. It was the perfect way to start our day before embarking on our diving activities.
As morning approached, we prepared for our dive and set out to explore the wonders that lie beneath Sabang's crystal clear waters. Each dive, we were greeted by a kaleidoscope of colors and the breathtaking beauty of the underwater world. We swam alongside schools of vibrant fish, saw rare sea creatures and discovered new species of coral.
As the day drew to a close and we emerged from our last dive, we were filled with a sense of excitement and contentment. Our time in Sabang was incredible, from the beautiful moon to the thrilling adventures underwater. It's an experience we'll cherish for a lifetime, and I'm grateful to be able to share it with you.
