Hi Herb Hivers

i have just filled the dehydrator with sage leaves harvested from the
Dave goes Nuts harvesting trip from last week.

i guess i will use it for making tea and adding to food. Any suggestions welcome.

Now, what to do with the lavender?

Put some in a jar and cover with ACV and raw honey (half half). Use for a cough syrup. Or straight vinegar for a gargle. I always have some on hand.

Don't overdo the sage (thujone is good is small doses). But good in tea too. Lots to be said for dear sage.

Thank you

I was actually expecting some tips here. Do you also dehydrate basil?

Sorry for lack of tips. i would dehydrate Basil if i had enough, but only one plant grew this year!

what are they? leaves for making of tea?

As i said in the post:
