Gingger Tea, Goji Berry, and Red date make warm body

Hello, friends #TheHiveHerbal. This is my first post. Greetings to everyone. In winter, the body's resistance is easy to decline, as I felt a few days ago. After getting third vaccinated or booster vaccine, for two days I was not feeling well. My stomach feels nauseous and I want to vomit, plus winter makes me more uncomfortable, even reluctant to move.

Because I don't want to take chemical drugs, I use the spices I have at home to make a concoction of “Ginger tea, Lemon, and Red Date, Goji Berry” so that it tastes sweet and fragrant. This drink finally made my stomach queasy feeling go away and warmed my body. So slowly my condition improved and recovered.

The ingredients to be prepared are:

• 2 pieces of old ginger
(Geprek: for maximum efficacy when boiled)
• lemon
• Palm Sugar
• 5 Red dates
• 7 Goji Berry
• 150 ml Water

How to make

• Boil water
• Put ginger and palm sugar
• Let it boil with small water to absorb the ginger
• Add dried grapes and koji fruit
• Squeeze the lemon to make the drink taste fresh
• Turn off the heat, then simmer for a few minutes
• Strain the water, then ready to serve

Ginger tea, lemon and Goji Berry are very good for health and maintaining body immunity, especially during the current pandemic. Ginger is a spice that is known to have many health benefits. The anti-inflammatory and anti-stomach properties present in ginger can help improve digestion. In addition, ginger is also known for its thermogenic effect which helps activate the metabolism, which in turn becomes a powerful fat burner.

Limen is a valuable source of Vitamin C and antioxidants which promote the elimination of waste from the body, helps detoxify the body and plays an important role in reducing stomach swelling. So that my nauseous stomach is healed.

Although Goji Berry and red date also have many benefits for the body, namely: maintaining eye health, inhibiting the aging process, increasing endurance, helping to maintain blood sugar levels, maintaining a stable weight, maintaining healthy skin, reducing anxiety and depression, and prevent cancer.

After consumed the ginger tea, Goji Berry and Red date water, my body returned to health and was able to carry out normal activities as usual.

Goji berry is quite popular now, ya? A week ago I saw a gojek driver bring a bottle of water and filled with something looks like two goji berries floating in the water.
