This is wonderful! I have tried to incorporate as much of these "medicines" into my normal diet so it is no longer medicine. I always catch myself thinking when gardening and working with these plants how much of it was seen as medicine, and we are eating it daily! I have also recently started to add sprigs of rosemary and lavender to my water while I fast. It is incredible how delicious water becomes with only such a small addition, and I think it is just as healthy!

Exactly! I love the subtle hint of lavender and rosemary in my water, it is so fun and almost has a lemon flavour. I am sure that even just the psychological benefit is good.
