el hinojo.Un saludo para mis amigos @theherbalhive. Hoy estuve regando agua a las plantas de mi madre y quise tomar algunas para usarlas y reparé en la belleza de una de sus plantas preferidas:
Es raro encontrar hinojo al igual que la ruda, el romero y la hierba buena se han extinguido. Normalmente se cultiva en jardines y huertos pero para ello se necesitan semillas. Recuerdo de niña el olor de las lechugas y el hinojo al ponerse en contacto con el agua que distribuimos con una regadera artesanal. Todos los aromas mezclados al petricor hicieron un album maravilloso de mi niñez que aún perdura en el tiempo.
Haré un té para el desayuno porque el desayuno es uno de las momentos más necesarios y deseados del día. Y aunque muchas veces creemos que la cantidad de alimentos es lo que define pues debemos saber que la calidad es más importante.
Haré un té aromatizado porque en el reino de las hierbas, el hinojo es uno de las más aromáticas y agradables al paladar.
El hinojo, además del exquisito aroma posee propiedades curativas: digestivo, antinflamatorio y otras culturas la utilizan para aliñar platos, aunque sólo lo he consumido como té.
El hinojo tiene una rama hermosa que semeja un encaje, una especie de penca o abanico dispone de cientos de filamentos carnosos. De esta hierba es útil todo, las hojas, el tallo y la cebolla. Su aroma perfumado se semeja al aniz aunque es un olor muy particular.
Para una tasa de té usaremos una rama pequeña de hinojo y miel de abeja.
preparación
Lavamos la rama y picamos en pequeñas porciones. Ponemos a hervir una tasa de agua y cuando rompe a hervir le agregamos las ramas de hinojo. Retiramos del fuego y tapamos por un minuto. El arama es exquisito, viaja a largas distancias atrapando el interés.

Pasado el tiempo, colamos y servimos en la tasa y le agregamos una cucharadita de miel de abeja y revolvemos. Puedes consumirlo caliente o helado, según tu preferencia. Es un sabor espectacular de cualquier forma. Incluso sin agregarle miel o azúcares es un sabor delicado.

Yo pongo poca miel pues lo acompaño con unas galletas de Soda y pongo miel en ellas y así logro el complemento, porque me gustan los desayunos con dulces.

All the aromas mixed with petrichor made a wonderful album of my childhood that still endures.
I'll make a breakfast tea because breakfast is one of the most necessary and desired moments of the day. And although we often believe that the quantity of food is what defines it, we should know that quality is more important.
I'll make a flavored tea because among the herbs, fennel is one of the most aromatic and palatable.
Fennel, in addition to its exquisite aroma, has healing properties: digestive, anti-inflammatory, and other cultures use it to season dishes, although I have only consumed it as a tea.
Fennel has a beautiful branch that resembles lace, a kind of stalk or fan with hundreds of fleshy filaments. Everything about this herb is useful: the leaves, the stem, and the onion. Its fragrant aroma is similar to anise, although it has a very distinctive smell.

Preparation
