Back to the Future Time Machine - Part 2 the finished product

in LEGO3 years ago

So yesterday I showed you the building process of the Lego Set (number 10300) of the Deloren time machine from Back to the future, but I hear you ask what does the finished product look like, is it cool enough to display on my bookcase.

And the answer is yes.

Let's have a look

The full display version with a little sign and the minifigs

Personally I think it looks better without them

Great detailing on the rear with the jet like exhausts, and that number plate

Unfortunately the doors won't stay open, but they still look cool.

The detailing along the side it nice, I like the colling tubes in particular

The Printed DMC logo on the front is another highlight, the angles are just right too.

And finally the detailing on the back is insane, absolutely the right amount of gizmos and pipes and cords and what not to make you think that if you get this thing up to 88 miles and hour that you might in fact go back in time.

Nice piece you made!

That is awesome! I even love the hook hanging out the back!
