Introducing myself

Pov: You're entering into the big world of a tiny artistic, overthinker, silent, crazy, joyful, weird, kind creature.

Hey everyone, this is Aastha Parmar from Himachal Pradesh, India. I'm 21 years old and just completed my BA. in Journalism and Mass communication. I'm an Artist, also into photography, filmmaking, graphic designing and exploring. Well, there was no such "purpose" behind me doing BAJMC but it was like that I wanted to improve my communication and writing skills. I was just trying to do my best, everyone was like, “you can't do this, not suitable for you, you're kind of opposite type of person for this field that don't like to talk too much, quiet one." bleh Idk why but I have fun doing the things that challenges me or are not my type. It helps me to improve.

I have loved to draw since my childhood. I'm very passionate about art in all its different expressions. And during the covid period I tried to bring this hobby of mine to a new level. I started making wall arts, murals and graffiti and it was so much fun. On an honest note, I was not into painting, like water colours, canvas, brushes and stuff. But the day I started it was directly on a wall and boom. From not knowing how to use a paint brush to directly doing big wall art projects. Amazing feeling.

Hmm I'm a photographer. I love to capture and explore new places, meet new people. Somehow, I found ways to capture every important moment on camera and it is a really very good feeling. Clicking pictures of friends putting a smile on their face, best! Talking about videography filmmaking, I love to shoot small clips wherever I go. Especially recording people walking from behind, they simply talking, holding hands, those random beautiful gestures, love it. And the time you edit your videos and then watch them. Wow. I get the real kick at that moment. Fast heartbeat, the shine in my eyes and smile on my face. Incredibly awesome.
