Here is my entry for the daily #monomad challenge, hosted and curated by @monochromes.
This morning, when I was about to leave my house, I saw a ladybird perched on an ornamental plant in my yard. The weather this morning was a bit cloudy, but the lighting for capturing the subject was more than adequate. And the good thing is, the background is dark because it is slightly shaded by the groves of star fruit trees. This helps me a lot when editing images with nice dark backgrounds.
