Monomad: Punk Jumper Spider

Yesterday afternoon, I came across a cool jumping spider in the garden. It was probably a male yellow-lined Epeus.

Oh my! Look at that! The guy’s haircut made me chuckle. Doesn’t it look like a punk hairstyle?

What a fierce guy! He dodged a few times when I tried to take his photo. He turned his back to me, showing off his rear. He seemed to mind my attempts to capture his picture.

But I didn’t give up easily. I kept trying to get a shot of his face, even though it annoyed him more.

As a result, I got some angles of that handsome face. My wish was fulfilled, and I let him have his time.
