Feel the peace - Black and White photography

Hi everyone, here we go again :)
Here´s the "daily" entry to #monomad contest

Before continues with what brings me here everyday, let me share these words:

We are still visually mapping Quintandona, a really cool small shale village located in Portugal.
The village is very well preserved and it´s still possible to see some of the restorations that continue to be carried out mainly due to the investment made there with the aim of providing good conditions for rural tourism.
As in many other villages i've visited, only this type of investment allows the preservation of this very old heritage, ending up creating a mixture of coexistence between those who live there and those who pass by.
These are the times that accompany us and this is the reality, the ideal would be to be able to live and breathe the true essence of the place, but that being so, surely we would not come across this state of conservation.
Despite the concern in trying to maintain the original architecture, sometimes there are signs that are out of tune in that scenario and that i think were very poorly applied, but anyway, it is this mixture that is beginning to be verified.
In the end, it´s still a very welcoming place that takes us back to other times and where it´s still possible to feel the peace and carelessness of time passing.
So let's see some more of the records i made on the spot to share with you today.
