Ha, I wouldn't hold my breath, don't think that will happen in my lifetime. There might be the slimmest of chances that we go a week without somebody getting killed with a gun but without gunfire? Don't think that's possible.
We ended up with 14 homicides last week, had another person shot and killed this morning. A couple weeks ago a tech executive got stabbed to death in San Francisco and there was a bunch of articles talking about it and how bad crime had gotten there. It was San Francisco's 12th murder of the year, they have 200,000 more people than we do and we managed more than that in a week.
