Hello everyone.
Today's post presents some photos taken of my friend and model Ada a while back. She needed Polaroids of herself for her portfolio and I was glad to help out.
We picked out a location not so far off from home which was a pedestrian bridge and proceeded to take lots of cool photos in the hot sun as we got there. She struck her poses and well, I took my shots. This was my first time shooting polaroids and as such they were quite unprofessional and I feel they could be better.
Here are some of the photos from that day:
I did my best to compose the subject and the background. You could notice how I used the lines to lead to her in the first photo, it's my favourite photo. The sunny weather helped cast some cool shadows too. The photos were obviously edited in black and white so they could fulfil their purpose and it made them look even better in my opinion.
This session was not planned and was executed almost at random as she only told me about her need for photos the day before.
The photos came out cool. Though I'd love to know what you think in the comments.
This post is my entry to the #monomad challenge. Created by @brumest and hosted by @monochromes, thanks to them for this opportunity.
Thanks for coming around, hope to see you again!
