not easy because of the difficulty of transportation access to get there.
Some residents were seen riding boats as a mode of transportation. Boats are an important means of transportation in Asmat.
Sometimes the tidal swamp conditions cause boats to be unable to pass through the mouth of the river. And it takes a longer time to reach the villages of Erosaman and Amagais.
Tribal settlements are located on the river and are scattered. One of them is like the Kaigar Tribe who live in stilt houses with leaf roofs.
When I got there I met one of the village heads.
There are about twenty families living along the river.some residents fish in the river, look for firewood, or go to the sago forest.
