Hi HIVER'S
Hello everyone, how are you
Today I'm back by posting a black and white photo, this is my entry for the #monomadchallenge.that is the process of enjoying black coffee
Behind a cup of black coffee there is a long journey that must be enjoyed.
Today I want to share my experience about photographing coffee farmers in the Gayo Highlands, Aceh Province.
Growing coffee is something that is not easy to do. Various factors are the concern of coffee farmers there, such as soil texture, altitude, rainfall and selection of good coffee seeds.
Generally coffee trees such as Robusta or Arabica coffee. At the age of 3 to 4 years, they will produce coffee cherries.
Now is the time for farmers, generally women, to carry out the harvest process
which is still done manually, their hands are picking red coffee cherries one by one.
After the coffee cherries are harvested, the next step is sorting, which is separating the coffee cherries to distinguish the quality of the fruit produced.
the roasting process has a major role in producing
coffee taste and aroma.
the last process is brewing coffee which is divided into two, namely by machine and manually.
now is the time for us to enjoy a cup of coffee that is already available on the table to share stories with family and friends.
It is a process of traveling from upstream to downstream for a cup of coffee.
There is coffee, there is a story, there is coffee, there is a story.
that's a short story that I can give to Hiver's friends. I hope you can enjoy it.
Love these authentic pictures of real life! The people look so industrious, and the coffee is very interesting in its natural state! Great pictures...
Thanks for sharing!
Cheers!
