A chaos in the sky and my participation in the #MONOMAD CHALLENGE

The seagulls flutter to the rhythm of the clouds, which disorderly arrange themselves in a Pacific sky, hiding the characteristic summer sun that caresses the Chilean coasts.

These birds, with their harmonious flight, play with the wind in various swirls, hypnotizing the viewer, who alternates his focus of vision between a sun hidden among white and gray flakes and the fluttering of these white wings that combine magically with the environment.

They fly alone or accompanied, they make higher and lower flights, while they make it clear to other birds that they are the queens of the sky, at least on that coast of Viña del Mar.

I get lost in that flight of several seagulls and at the same time one, as they exchange their protagonism on the stage that extends in front of me. With their concentration in that masterful displacement, they invite me to enter a state of active meditation that somehow reminds me of how I get lost in the dance of fire when the flame of a candle burns in front of my eyes, or when thick logs are consumed to the rhythm of that vivid light.

I understand that nature is a teacher, that with each of its elements she leads us to ourselves, because in truth we are her, we are nature, and in each one of us, although we are just a few more beings in the immensity of creation, we keep in our configuration signs and certainties that we are also everything, because we ourselves represent creation.

Un caos en el cielo y mi participación en el #MONOMAD CHALLENGE

Las gaviotas revolotean al compás de las nubes, que desordenadas se disponen en un cielo del Pacífico, escondiendo el característico sol de verano que acaricia las costas chilenas.

Estas aves, con su armonía en el vuelo, juegan con el viento en remolinos diversos, hipnotizando al espectador, que alterna su foco de visión entre un sol escondido entre copos blancos y grises y el revoloteo de estas alas blancas que combinan de manera mágica con el entorno.

Van solas o acompañadas, hacen vuelos más altos y otros más bajos, mientras dejan en claro a otros pájaros que son ellas las reinas del cielo, al menos en aquella costa de Viña del Mar.

Me pierdo en aquel vuelo de varias gaviotas y al mismo tiempo una, ya que intercambian su protagonismo en el escenario que se extiende frente a mí. Con su concentración en aquel desplazamiento magistral, me invitan a ingresar a un estado de meditación activa que de algún modo me hace recordar cómo me pierdo en la danza del fuego cuando la llama de una vela arde frente a mis ojos, o cuando unos leños gruesos se consumen al compás de aquella viva luz.

Comprendo que la naturaleza es maestra, que con cada uno de sus elementos nos conduce a nosotros mismos, porque en verdad nosotros somos ella, somos naturaleza, y en cada uno de nosotros, aunque somos unos seres más en la inmensidad de la creación, guardmos en nuestra configuración muestras y certezas de que también somos todo, pues nosotros mismos representamos la creación.

Friends, I really wanted to let some words flow after getting lost in the dance of those birds one of the afternoons I was visiting my parents while they were drinking mate in Chile.

I really connected with nature and I have engraved in my retina some moments of the flight of the seagulls that you can see in the photos, as the birds contrasted tremendously with the sky that was entering the sunset.

At that moment everything looked like chaos, because there were clouds between white and gray when that coast usually shows the sun. The seagulls were crossing the sky in a harmonious way but at the same time nature was exposing some drama, and then I thought about entropy, how disorder is a sign of balance.

This was a marvel of a moment that I have the pleasure to share in this #monomad challenge on the day of the date.

Amigos, tenía muchas ganas de dejar fluir algunas palabras tras perderme en la danza de aquellas aves una de las tardes que visitaba a mis padres mientras ellos tomaban mate en Chile.

Realmente me conecté mucho con la naturaleza y tengo grabados en mi retina algunos momentos del vuelo de las gaviotas que úeden ver en las fotos, ya que contrastaban tremendamente las aves con el cielo que estaba entrando en el atardecer.

En ese momento todo pareció un caos, pues habían nubes entre blancas y grises cuando aquella cost acostumbra a mostrar el sol. Las gaviotas atravesaban el cielo de manera armoniosa pero al mismo tiempo la naturaleza exponía algo de drama, y entonces pensé en la entropía, en cómo el desorden es signo de equilibrio.

Esta fue una maravilla de momento que tengo el placer de compartir en este #monomad challenge el día de la fecha.
