Hello dear friends of the Hive community, it's a pleasure to be with you today sharing another day! With this post, I will participate in the #monomad challenge of the Black And White community.

These photos belong to a plum tree that I germinated myself with a seed from a plum that I ate. Actually I germinated several, only four became a tree and only this one survived.

La danza del ciruelo

Hola queridos amigos de la comunidad de Hive, es un placer estar hoy con ustedes compartiendo un día más! Con este post, participaré del #monomad challenge de la comunidad de Black And White.

Estas fotos pertenecen a un ciruelo que germiné yo misma con una semilla de una ciruela que comí. En verdad germiné varios, solo cuatro se convirtieron en árbol y sólo este sobrevivió.

In Argentina, winter is ending and spring air is beginning to breathe, with some cold days and some warmer ones, but with September 21st knocking softly at the door.

Its proximity is undoubted, as many trees begin to show their small leaves and flowers, after passing completely naked the cold winter of Mendoza, the city where I am at this moment and where I was born.

En Argentina está finalizando el invierno, y se empieza a respirar aire de primavera, con algunos días fríos y otros algo más cálidos, pero con el 21 de Septiembre golpeando la puerta suavemente.

Su cercanía es indudable, ya que muchos árboles empiezan a mostrar sus pequeñas hojas y flores, tras pasar completamente desnudos el frío invierno de Mendoza, la ciudad en la que me encuentro en este momento y en donde nací.

Two days ago I discovered that my little plum tree, which is three years old, had given its first flower. I don't know if it bloomed last year because I wasn't here, but this is the first time I've seen it.

You can see its small and shy leaves, which I suppose is due to its young age. Also, compared to the other plum trees in town, my little tree is blooming somewhat later, so I suspect this is the first time its twigs are showing flowers.

On Friday only one, that first one was open, and on Saturday, some others had already known the light.

I got so excited that I ran to get my phone so I could take pictures!

Dos días atrás descubrí que mi pequeño ciruelo, que tiene tres años, había dado su primera flor. Desconozco si el año pasado floreció porque no estuve aquí, pero es la primera vez que lo veo.

Podrás observar sus pequeñas y tímidas hojas, lo que supongo responde a su corta edad. Además, a comparación de los otros ciruelos de la ciudad, mi pequeño árbol está floreciendo algo más tarde, por lo que sospecho que esta es la primera vez que sus ramitas muestran flores.

El día viernes sólo una, aquella primera estaba abierta, y el sábado, algunas otras ya habían conocido la luz.

¡Me emocioné tanto que corrí a buscar el teléfono para poder tomar las fotos!
