While having a day of R&R at the beach, we had the whole spectacle of watching people do some other things to spend time. Some big family behind us brought everything to make a meal. Gas cylinder, pans, food to cook. I have never understood this. But I guess that going to the beach by car has ots advantages.
In front of us, some people got to play football on the beach. This an annoying thing as the ball came too close to us plenty of time. People do not slow down when running towards a ball, so sand was always splashing to our spot. The worst part is that you can't never tell them to be more careful because they will argue they are in their right to play.
When the football match was finally over, there was a kid trying to get his kite to ride the winds. It took him many tries. Even when wind is strong, flying a kite has its own challenges. For example, getting that initial boost to get the thing into a wind current without it being pushed down back to the ground. The kid managed to do its thing. Although he had to get to square one more than once.
