I agree with you.
Beyond the possibility of getting paid for writing, which I still find unbelievable, I have another reason to be active in Hive. I was afraid that after I retired I would have nothing to do and would get bored. I've seen a lot of bored and useless old people, I feared I would suffer the same.
Now I have found that I am not threatened by boredom and that I don't have enough time for everything I want to do.
What I find remarkable is that we have evolved and learned here to write and set up a blog.
I remember when I first saw a post of yours. I don't remember what year, but I remember that you posted many, many photos, too many photos.
In the meantime, we all learned the measure, and we gained experience.
At this point, you write some of the best blogs here. The text and graphics. I like them a lot and you can see that many have noticed these blogs.
You must be pleased.
