The Skipper
Last winter I went in a school for a yacht master class A skipper & this year finally I passed the test & got the license to sail a ship. Even thou I don't acknowledge anyone's power over me cause I am the living human being & no government, police, army, politician or corporation is above me, I still wanted to know more about steering a boat before I go do it independently on the sea. I don't care so much about the license cause no one's license I do not acknowledge & no power is above me but I like to responsibly know before I do anything. After getting the official knowledge & "license", I realized that I do not have enough practical knowledge & I was trying to find a way how to get some. I made a proposition to the local rent-a-boat company owner to shoot his boats & in return he teaches me more practical skill of a skipper. He accepted.
This is one of the boats that can be rent. The shooting was focus on it.
I was on this boat while the other was circling around & I was shooting it.
I used this chance to shoot more than just boats.
This is another skipper working in the same rent-a-boat company - Ivan.
There was a great view on the hotel Navis - one of the rarely newly well build hotel on the Croatian Adriatic coast. It didn't affect the environment too much & it was build on the place where previously another property was build much earlier.
That same day CRO Race was held & a TV helicopter was circling above us.
After finishing the shooting the guys tried a bit of wake board.

We stayed until the sundown enjoying the early autumn days which seem like the summer is still lasting & with no tourists. Real pleasure.
Firstly, I made all these in color & also shot the interior of the boat but I don't find them attractive to make a b'n'w versions & post them here. I must say I really enjoyed learning steering the boat & some other rules of the sea & soon I'm planning to repeat these lessons & maybe also soon get myself on some kind of a boat transfer inside of Adriatic or Mediterranean sea.

The upper shots I made with Nikon Z6 & Nikon AF Nikkor 35-70 mm lens & for the self-portrait below I used the same lens with the older Nikon D800.
