Honestly, I would prefer to leave the skin untouched. I admit, the result is beautiful, but it's untrue. I retouch my photos, but there are limits. I do not want to change the content to reduce it to the true content. I think the unretouched photo is more telling than the retouches one. What do you think?

It always depends on a vision of an artist. They are both nice in it's own, but the general rule is that you are supposed to remove any temporary imperfections. From a commercial point of view client would be unsatisfied with a non retouched image 99.9% of the time. But i totally see your point and some of my images are very raw in it's nature. Especially when i am doing street photography or similar.
