Sky's the Limit

Ten days off. Thumb in a bandage. Couldn't work even if I wanted to.
Little bit of money in the bank.
Little bit of credit available.

Thought about it for a bit.
Maybe I could hit the road.
See where it takes me.
Go someplace new.
DSC_7444.JPG
Thought about it a little more.
About all the wide open places I've been these last couple years.

New is good.
I like new.
I like scary new. What's around the corner new. Hike alone heart pounding take a thousand pictures new.
But I also like...

So I might do that.
Probably I'll do that.
Or change my mind and do something else.
I dunno.
I can do whatever I want.
Sky's the limit.

That is one angry bird!
Incredible landscapes, a plenty space for imagination:)

Wow, what an extraordinary appearance where the composition you take is also very interesting to look at.

Thank you!

Great place with an open mind, love the reflection

Thanks! Open spaces are good for opening the mind.

Congratulations. Today's #monomad first place is yours.
Thank You very much for participating and for being part of the Black And White Community!

Thumbed through slowly thinking about your thumb thrumming wondering with eyes wandering pondering picture paintings. What happened to your thumb? notice, I didn't ask where you stuck it

I am never disappointed with your photography. Some of these look like tonal paintings. That last one with the cloud reflection, total cotton cloud eye candy for me. YUM.

heythanks!

Thumb got a growth removed. I would share a picture but the bandage is STILL stuck to the skin glue a week later. And I was supposed to go adventuring but a sinus infection decided it would be more fun if I writhed in extreme pain and shit my guts out while killing all the bacteria in my body, even the good ones.

Please feel sorry for me. Every pity helps.

Thumb got a growth removed.

UGH! and

the bandage is STILL stuck to the skin glue a week later

UGH! UGH! (ugh x2)

How big did the growth grow? What shape was it? What colour? What texture? I need all the details since you're a writer and you've not been able to photograph it.

I fugging loathe sinus infections. Oh how painful (i can relate due to experience over the last 3 months specifically) Is it better now?

I feel empathy for you, lots of empathy.

The lump was almost as big as a second distal thumb joint and the sinus stuff is mostly gone but I'm still using a lot of nasal spray and occasionally an inhaler. The A key on my keyboard is being lazy and not always making an A when I hit the key and it's really crmping my style.

I'll mke thumb post eventully. I've given up on tht key.

Wow, that's a biggie! You sound all better, so my empathy ends. Smash that keyboard.

I'll mke thumb post eventully. I've given up on tht key.

😂 (copy paste "a" or keyboard surgery or ________) Thumb post eventually incoming...which means you did get pictures. SuperYaY

OF COURSE I got pictures. Not of the surgical procedure, though. No way I was going to watch that happen on my own body. Someone else's, maybe, sure. But I lugged that stupid lump around TWICE (had it removed before), so I needed to get before and afters.

This comment brought to you by the letter A, which I had to go back and retrieve multiple times when it decided to go off and do something not-keyboardy in the middle of a word.

OF COURSE I got pictures.

😂😂😂

I would have wanted to watch the procedure. It's kind of fun. I did it once when they cut me open below my armpit, one inch deep, two inches wide. It's a strange feeling watching someone cut into me, totally felt like a meat slab being carved up by a surgeon's scalpel, a medical tool I still want. Dental tools aren't enough for me. Yeah, I could carve your teeth, if you want them to be non-functional sculptures.

No way I was going to watch that happen on my own body. Someone else's, maybe, sure.

This begs for me to ask why. I'm slightly more comfortable with regard to it being my body than someone else's.

Why, oh why does this lump come back a second time? What kind of lump is that? Is it daemonic?

"A" is over AmphAsized in importAnce.
