We all, too, are going off to the distant horizon, which is the future. How do you envision the future that was fated for you? Or do you even believe in fate?
Time is a powerful warrior and one we have to battle as we go through it.
With the advancements of technology, capturing time has never been easier: Take a photograph of a moment.

Street photography is about capturing that ever fleeting moment in time that will never occur again, can never be orchestrated at all, you will never have the same moment - will never have the same ray of sunlight on your subject.

Camera's color sciences today are great - yes, that includes monochromes, black and whites - you get great depths and dynamic range. Film-like results produce nostalgia that a lot of people look for when viewing photographs.

I personally like the nostalgic feel in my shots. I add grain on my settings in-camera, use film simulations with simulated grain to reproduce what a film camera could have captured. I guess, I should shoot with film, but it is not as accessible now and the cost stacks up a lot.

All these street photography images were shot with my Fujifilm camera, with either the 18-55mm kitlens or the Viltrox 56mm f1.4. Post processed in Lightroom mobile. Hope you like them!
