Looking Lemang Wak Saleh producing process

The young man are the workers who burn the Leumang Wak Saleh every day -- one of the well-known brands in my city, Lhokseumwe

Every day, on average, they produce about 2 sacks of glutinous rice which are processed into Leumang, orders come from several areas outside the city of Lhokseumawe. This year's Leumang production has indeed decreased slightly from usual due to the Corona outbreak which is also feared to spread in the city.

Leumang is known to have a distinctive taste, moreover this cake is burned in a bamboo container wrapped in banana leaves, as well as coconut fibers as an ignition making Leumang indeed presented so special in terms of the cooking process.
