I think it's possible to take very good shots with just a phone, even a low or mid-range one, It is enough to know some basic aspects of photography and lighting.
There are too many great shots here, the first one blew my mind 😂 I thought it was a reverse shot but no. That place where you were is very good for photography, you can get good results and incorporate geometry, lines, reflections and more. Your phone is fine and you know how to take good photos.
