Hello friends of black and white, and country details. Even today I realize how curious my eyes are, always looking at details of all kinds, textures, colors and shapes. It could be that I look photographically, maybe, and when I see something that seems interesting in my mind I automatically frame it, even if I don't have my camera with me. I even make a black and white image of some views. That happens to me a lot in street photography, architecture and details in nature, very rich in unique organic forms. That is precisely what this photographic delivery is about, a compilation of close-ups and details of elements of nature and others not so natural that I made while I was in the fields of Pinar de Rio.
With these images I want to make an entry to the daily challenge #monomad. It is in an area that fascinates me, on one side beautiful valleys at the foot of the mountain, and on the other a mountainous massif planted with pine trees that is a gift for the sight and smell. Being there, in the pine forest, is like standing still in time. It is so pleasant that it is frightening, a contrast too great compared to the hustle and bustle of today's life. Hola amigos del blanco y negro, y de los detalles campestres. Aún hoy me doy cuenta de lo curiosa que es mi mirada, siempre fijándome en los detalles de todo tipo, en las texturas, colores y formas. Será que miro fotográficamente, puede ser, y es que cuando veo algo que me parece interesante en mi mente lo encuadro automáticamente, aunque no lleve mi cámara. Hasta incluso represento una imagen en blanco y negro de algunas vistas. Eso me pasa mucho en la fotografía callejera, de arquitectura y de los detalles en la naturaleza, muy rica en formas orgánicas únicas. De eso va precisamente esta entrega fotográfica, una compilación de planos cerrados y detalles de elementos de la naturaleza y otros no tan naturales que hice estando en los campos de Pinar de Río. Con estas imágenes quiero hacer entrada al reto diario #monomad. Está en una zona que me fascina, por un lado valles preciosos al pie de la montaña, y por otro un macizo montañoso sembrado de pinos que es un regalo para la vista y para el olfato. Estar allí, en el pinar, es como detenerse en el tiempo. Es tan placentero que asusta, un contraste demasiado grande comparado con la agitación de la vida de hoy. Es mejor que un Spa.
