Unfortunately for me it could not be this weekend, but thanks to photography I invite you to a little trip to the countryside of Pinar del Rio, a place where I go with my family every now and then to disconnect from the torments of the city. Imagine waking up early and going for a cross-country walk, everything we can find on our way. Starting with a mud puddle screaming in the early morning that a tractor interrupted its tranquility. And it is that in the countryside, as anywhere else, everything can be interesting for a worthy capture. A small brooklet hiding in a small cave.
The waste thrown out of a cave of "bibijaguas" as we know them here, which are the largest type of ants that inhabit the area, and also have a voracious appetite, so much so that they can devastate the leaves of a medium-sized plant in one night, as if they were the queens of autumn. There is nothing stranger than the fruits of bija (achiote) full of red hairs all over, and when they open they look like bearded men talking. Hola queridos apasionados del blanco y negro y de los paisajes naturales. Después de una semana cargada de trabajo y ocupaciones para la mayoría de nosotros bien vale la pena una escapada la campo a descansar y respirar otros aires. Por desgracia para mí no pudo ser este fin de semana, pero gracias a la fotografía los invito a un pequeño viaje por la campiña de Pinar del Río, lugar donde a cada rato voy con mi familia a desconectar de los tormentos de la ciudad. Imagínate despertar temprano e ir a caminar a campo traviesa, todo lo que podemos encontrarnos a nuestro paso. Empezando por un charco de lodo gritando en la mañana temprano que un tractor interrumpió su tranquilidad. Y es que en el campo, como en cualquier parte todo puede resultar interesante para una captura digna. Un pequeño arroyuelo que se esconde en una pequeña cueva. El desperdicio arrojado fuera de un cueva de "bibijaguas" como las conocemos aquí, que son el tipo de hormigas más grande que habita en la zona, y que además tienen un apetito voraz, tanto que pueden arrasar con las hojas de una planta mediana en una noche, como si fueran las reinas del otoño. Hay cosa más rara que los frutos de bija (achiote) llenos de pelos rojos por todos lados, y que cuando se abren parecen barbudos hablando. En fin, cualquier cosa puede ser interesante si disfrutas hacer fotografía. Con estas imágenes quiero hacer entrada al reto diario #monomad. ¡Nos vemos!
