Cesar is quiet, shy, funny and very tall, undoubtedly a unique person.
When photographing people I am interested in photographing I always face 2 problems: what can I get out of them and what are they willing to show?
The photo session with Cesar was ̈complicated ̈. Both his family and mine were present, so breaking the ice became a bit more difficult. No matter how much one rationally gets over the idea of feeling embarrassed, the softer part of us will always feel it.

La sesión de fotos con César fue ̈complicada ̈. Tanto su familia como la mía estaban presentes, por lo cual, romper el hielo se hizo un poco más difícil. Por mucho que de forma racional uno se anteponga a la idea de sentir vergüenza, la parte más blanda de nosotros siempre la sentirá.
I love doing sessions in my photo studio, it feels like an investigative game where I try to find out Who are you? How do you think? Can I think like you? What are you hiding? What do you want to show me?
Me encanta hacer sesiones en mi estudio-fotográfico, lo siento como un juego de investigación donde trato de descubrir ¿quién eres? ¿Cómo piensas? ¿Puedo pensar como tu? ¿que escondes? ¿Qué me quieres mostrar?
Once we were able to connect, the photo session was a walk, he showed me who he was, where he came from and I was able to find myself in him. At the end of the day (I feel) if you don't look for yourself in the other, the photo shoot could not flourish. I hope you like it.
Ya cuando pudimos conectar, la sesión fotográfica fue un paseo, él me mostró quien era, de dónde venía y yo pude encontrarme en él. Al fin y al cabo (siento yo) si no te buscas en el otro la sesión fotográfica no podría florecer.
